Magazine has recognized Fatema Hamdani, CEO and Co-Founder, in its prestigious 2025 Female Founders 500 list. The 2025 honorees collectively attracted $9 billion in revenue and $10.6 billion in funding during 2024, solidifying their roles as key drivers of innovation across sectors. Milestone Driving Innovation Forward
Under Hamdani’s leadership, Kraus Hamdani Aerospace made remarkable strides in 2024, securing two major milestones. The U.S. Navy selected the company’s K1000ULE, its first electric, solar-powered VTOL Unmanned Aerial System (UAS), lauded for its unmatched endurance and cutting-edge autonomous Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities. Additionally, the organization received a $20 million APFIT contract to scale production of the K1000ULE for U.S. Army surveillance operations in the Pacific, cementing its position as a vital partner in advancing national security.
These achievements reflect Kraus Hamdani Aerospace’s mission to save lives and connect the world through revolutionary autonomous systems, aligning with the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
This latest accolade follows a year of notable recognition for Hamdani. She was named Aerial Systems Technology CEO of the Year and received a Gold Stevie® Award for Women in Business. She also brought her expertise to prominent platforms, speaking on panels at global forums such as TEDAI, GenLab, and SXSW with NavalX.
