When Lives Are On The Line, Keep The Whole Response Connected

A persistent airborne layer for emergency response, keeping intelligence and communications with your teams throughout the incident. Get the information you need, when and where you need it, to make better decisions and protect the communities you serve.

When conditions change by the minute, aerial intelligence can be hours away, and infrastructure failures can separate teams from command. Response teams need a capability that stays with the mission.

K1000ULE is an ultra-long-endurance unmanned aerial system, providing persistent airborne coverage and communications infrastructure where it’s needed most.

Ready For Every Kind Of Response

  • Multi-Domain Autonomous Collaborative Teaming

MD-ACT adds autonomous mission-aware coordination on top of the connectivity delivered by ATNE++. It uses the information moving through ATNE++ to understand the state of the mission, solve coordination challenges and keep actions aligned across sea, land and air.

This reduces the burden on operators and enables faster, more unified responses as conditions change.

  • Long-Endurance, Long-Range Unmanned Aerial Platform

The K1000ULE provides persistent airborne presence that strengthens the connectivity delivered by ATNE++.

K1000ULE’s long endurance and high altitude operation create a stable relay layer that keeps voice and data flowing even when ground networks are degraded or unavailable. By holding a continuous position above the mission area, the K1000ULE helps maintain uninterrupted communication across dispersed teams and ensures ATNE++ can perform reliably in fast changing or infrastructure limited environments.

Disaster Response

Restore visibility and communications when infrastructure is disrupted, helping agencies see where help is needed and reach those who need it.

Search & Rescue

Search farther across difficult terrain to locate survivors sooner and direct rescue teams where they can make the greatest difference.

Police.png

Police & Public Safety

Get eyes overhead as an incident unfolds, giving teams a clearer picture before they move in while keeping helicopters available for missions that need them most.

K1000ULE puts the network in the air, extending the reach of your response beyond terrain, distance, and damaged infrastructure.

This helps existing teams, aircraft, and systems work together more effectively and keeps critical resources focused where they’re needed most while reducing operational complexity and the overall cost of response.

One Persistent Layer Above The Response

A capability your unit owns and controls.

The Aerial Platform that Changes What’s Possible

Persistent Overhead

Up to 24 hours of continuous flight keeps aerial intelligence available with fewer launch and recovery cycles.

Military-to-Civilian Interoperability

Bridge military and civilian radios so National Guard, public safety, and partner agencies can communicate across the same response.

How K1000ULE Changes the Response

The Situation Changes Faster Than Information Can Move

  • Conditions change by the minute, faster than teams can assess them

  • The next aerial intelligence could be hours or days away

  • Teams can become isolated when infrastructure fails

  • Decisions still have to be made with incomplete information

Setting a Higher Standard for Communication Interoperability

ATNE++ goes beyond a simple Communications Network Relay.

ATNE++ adds inter-vendor radio waveform bridging, Tactical Data Link translation, inter-network connectivity and LOS/BLOS extension through an airborne layer. This meets the immediate needs of missions unfolding in fast-changing, often unpredictable environments, whether in a contested battlefield, a GPS-denied disaster zone or an area with damaged or non-existent infrastructure.

ATNE++ links communication networks that would otherwise remain isolated, creating a unified Common Operating Picture so that units, agencies and allied forces can act quickly and stay aligned as conditions change.

ATNE++ strengthens the communication foundations required for emerging joint concepts such as NextGenC2 and CJADC2 by enabling continuous information flow across domains and diverse systems over long distances.
